For harbor maneuvers
The motor can be lifted into a vertical position and remains fully maneuverable thanks to its integrated tiller. This configuration provides excellent steering precision and greatly simplifies maneuvers in harbors, narrow channels, or confined areas.
When lowered into its operating position, the motor locking system keeps the direction fixed. You can then rely on the boat’s rudder to steer and maintain course, ensuring stable and comfortable navigation.
For sailing navigation
Thanks to its front-mounted waterproof connectors and its very light weight, the motor can be completely removed from the transom to reduce weight and bulk while sailing, whether cruising or racing.
Without removal, it can remain in place and be lifted in just a few seconds using the lifting line, eliminating any drag in the water.
This position also helps prevent electrolysis and fouling when the boat is not in use.
