Co-founder & CEO
It was during a round-the-world sailing trip in 2015 that Alexandre came up with the idea of creating his own brand of electric boat motors. He founded TEMO in 2018 and now oversees all aspects of the company's design, production and finance.
Justine Perussel
Co-founder & Deputy CEO
A partner since the company's inception, Justine oversees TEMO's commercial and marketing development. Her role also includes human resources management, administrative management and CSR management.
The Research & Development team
This is where the TEMO engines of tomorrow are designed. The R&D division is responsible for design, mechatronics, on-board electronics and performance testing.
Its commitment: transforming ideas into reliable and innovative prototypes, combining technical precision with long-term strategic vision.
