- The customer reserves the right to cancel the order if the delivery has not taken place by 31 January 2024. The deposit will be refunded upon request by e-mail to [email protected]
- TEMO reserves the right to cancel the order if the balance has not been paid within 3 months of the announcement of the availability of the product.
- The model presented on the website or during a trade show remains a prototype. The technical and visual characteristics may vary slightly at the time of the final sale of the product. TEMO reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of failure to obtain the mandatory legal certifications required for marketing. Consequently, the deposit for the reservation will be refunded.
